I have had a love of writing stories for as long as I could read. My favourite genre is unequivocally epic fantasy with its intricate world building and long, complex plotlines. Once I scribbled maps on graph paper and kept binders of my world’s encyclopedias. Grudgingly, I graduated into the technological age using mapmaking applications and word programs and, yes, even spreadsheets, to build civilizations on the screen of my laptop. And when the muse whispers, I pull out my pen and my notepad, or my cellphone of course, to record the inspiration before it slips away. I still have many, many stories waiting to be shared.
